PP Maps support

Help with the PP Maps app for iPhone, Android and Apple Watch

Getting help

Ask in the PP Maps Discord server. That's where the team and other members can help quickest, and where updates are announced.

Signing in

PP Maps signs you in with the Discord account you use on the PP Maps server. What the map shows depends on your role there. If the map is empty after signing in, check that you've joined the server and have a member role.

Notifications

Create alerts from the bell button, or from "Alert me" on anything on the map. If nothing arrives, check that notifications are allowed for PP Maps in your phone's settings, then use "Send a test notification" on the Alerts screen. You choose which kinds of notification you get from "Choose notifications".
